So basically you'd have to copy past that sfb somewhere else attempt to run it, if it errors then put it back and retest, since you've only changed one variable you can deduce whether or not that single file is the cause or if the app in question utilizes said file in any operation or verification. It most likely would rely on how the game itself is coded and if it verifies any single part that is sfb dependant I can see it not booting however, if the game does not do checks that would rely on that sfb file then it probably would run without issues.
